Responsibilities:

• Marketing and PR Plan:
  • Assist in the development and execution of the marketing and PR plan
  • Support strategic branding projects
• Content Creation:
  • Oversee and produce a wide range of digital and/or printed promotional and communication materials
  • Compose and proofread texts for marketing materials in German or English
  • Prepare original promotional content such as articles, news releases, emails, and social media posts
• Media and Communication:
  • Manage media relations and inquiries
  • Develop and implement the annual PR and communications strategy
• Event Management:
  • Plan, organize, and conduct events like roundtables, conferences, or third-party events
• Reporting:
  • Create monthly reports to monitor PR and marketing success using specific metrics and KPIs
• Perform other related tasks at the group level, as assigned

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • Project management and executing PR campaigns and events
  • Minimum of five years experience in B2B marketing, communication, PR, or a related field
• Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management
• Attributes:
  • Hands-on professional with a „can-do“ attitude, creativity, and team spirit
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, public relations, journalism, or a related field
• A postgraduate degree is not required but considered an advantage
