Your challenge:

• Analyzing Business Requirements: Collaborating with business partners to analyze needs, define software requirement specifications, and review functional designs for alignment with business goals.
• Creating Shared Understanding and Solution Design: Establishing a common understanding of business requirements, designing solutions that adhere to best practices, and focusing on meeting end-customer and user needs of different departments
• Collaborative Teamwork: Engaging actively in a diverse team environment that includes business analysts, software engineers, data analysts, and key decision-makers like product owners to develop effective solutions
• Effective Daily Work Management: Utilizing tools like Jira and Confluence for daily task management. Actively participating in Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban meetings and retrospectives, to ensure smooth team operations and continuous improvement.
