Key Responsibilities:

• Automated Test Case Development:
  • Systematically identify and develop automated test cases using Gherkin based on acceptance criteria.
• Test Step Implementation:
  • Design and implement test steps in C#.
• Test Planning & Execution:
  • Plan and execute automated smoke, feature, and regression tests.
• Defect Reporting:
  • Document and report defects using our designated defect management tool.
• Error Analysis & Communication:
  • Analyze test failures and liaise directly with the engineering team to address them.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the engineering team, DB team, product owner, scrum master, and systems engineers.
• Agile Participation:
  • Engage actively within an agile engineering team, contributing to sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Technical education in IT (at least HTL level) or equivalent professional experience.
• Programming Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years programming experience in C#.
• Prior experience in BDD (Specflow or Cucumber).
• Familiarity with automating REST APIs.
• Proficient in handling SQL databases.
