Key Responsibilities:

• Create meaningful documentation in strong alignment with stakeholders.
• Support the Product Owner in decision-making and joint work on the big picture.
• Engage in requirements engineering and business analysis in an adaptive/agile organization.
• Facilitate backlog refinements and provide inputs for user experience.
• Support system integration and user acceptance tests.

Your Profile:

• Work experience in end-to-end Business Analyses or User Experience Design in a large/corporate environment.
• Experience in the digital area, preferably in the finance industry.
• Knowledge of Customer Master data management processes.
• Broad knowledge of requirements engineering methods.
• Hands-on experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Technical background in the usage of API and Event-Driven Architecture as a strong plus.
