Tasks:

• Service Desk:
  • 2nd level service desk for our sports betting system
• Client Management and Support:
  • Support for Windows 10/11 and macOS
• Administration:
  • Administration of users and permissions
  • Deployment and administration of hardware/VDI and licenses
• IT Support and Project Collaboration:
  • Provide IT support and collaborate on internal projects

Experience:

• Education:
  • Completed technical education or comparable practical experience
• Technical Skills:
  • Several years of experience in Windows client administration or IT support
  • Sound knowledge of the Windows environment
  • Basic knowledge in network security server and virtualization
  • Experience with Atlassian AWS M365/Intune is ideal
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Structured analytical and independent way of working with high quality awareness
  • Enjoyment of new technologies high willingness to learn and hands-on mentality
  • Good knowledge of German and English both written and spoken
