These exciting tasks are waiting for you:

  • You will be responsible for the definition and extension of service level agreements (SLAs) with our users & customers
  • You ensure service delivery to our users according to specified SLAs
  • Ensuring the proper implementation and use of service processes and IT controls (e.g., Incident, Problem & Change Management processes)
  • Responsible for the vendor management and act as IT contact person towards our software supplier
  • Ensure cost management across all offered services
  • Work as an application manager for the regulatory universe (maintain, configure, and run the systems, perform bug fixing and incident management)
  • Support the delivery manager and the POs on cross functional topics such as (IT process framework, Budget controlling, Portfolio Day Reporting, Security)

 

Your experience so far:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT department, preferable in the financial services industry
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the area of IT-Service-Management; ITIL-Certification preferable
  • Practical experience in monitoring and support of IT services
  • Solid SQL experience
  • Basic knowledge of banking products and business processes or strong willingness to deepen this knowledge
  • High level of communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Team player, service orientation, high level of commitment and motivation
  • Analytical, result-oriented, and structured way of working even in hectic times
  • Fluent knowledge of English; German is appreciated, but not mandatory
