IT Network Specialist (f/m/x)

Our client is an international company in the entertainment industry in the south of Vienna. To strengthen the existing team, we are currently looking for an IT Network Specialist (f/m/x) for the south of Vienna.

These exciting tasks are waiting for you:

• Analysis and evaluation of internal and external data traffic
• Responsibility and assurance of a secure connection as well as all security processes
• Planning and integration of convergence solutions (failure concept)
• Development and design of new networks as well as coordination of network connections
• Development of user specific standardization specifications
• Planning of monitoring systems and creation of access and network security concepts
• Installation, operation, support and documentation of all infrastructure components (including Aruba and HP switches)

Your previous experience:

• Several years of professional experience as a network administrator or a similar IT position with skills in the IT security area
• Broad IT understanding as well as profound knowledge in VPN solutions and Internet protocols
• Experience with Windows Active Directory, Linux, Windows servers, as well as sound firewall knowledge and expertise in topics such as IDS, IPS, Content Security, Fortinet, Checkpoint or similar.
• High degree of customer, service and solution orientation within a team and high quality awareness
• Very good knowledge of German and basic English
• Class B driver’s license with willingness to travel
• On-call duty (24/7 days) – will be remunerated extra
