HR Operations Manager (f/m/x)

We are currently looking for HR Operations Manager (f/m/x) for one of our international, innovative and steadily growing clients, a leading company in the gaming industry based in Vienna.

These exciting tasks are awaiting you:

  • Compensation and Benefits
    • Contribute to the further development, optimization, implementation and administration of a companywide compensation- and benefits program, including job evaluation, market pricing and salary structures
    • Establish a communication strategy on the salary and bonus program including consulting and training of managers
    • Create, develop and maintain compensation policies/guidelines
    • Close collaboration with the payroll specialist on all compensation and benefits topics
    • Ongoing consultation of internal stakeholder concerning questions about payroll topics as well as the Austrian labor-, tax- and social security law, e.g. parental leave
  • SAP Success Factors and Reporting
    • Single point of contact for all day-to-day business-related topics in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors; development of the processes as well as administration of the tool
    • Support with the implementation of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors for the whole company, including all follow up topics and questions from employees
    • Run ad-hoc analyses as well as regular reports for all kind of internal customers, including benchmark data as well as continuous observation of market trends
    • Manage and maintain the job evaluation process, including job analysis, grading, salary ranges and job title in order to support internal equity
  • HR Administration and Additional Projects
    • Support the team in all administrative topics
    • Consulting services to employees and managers
    • Preparation of contract documents and additional agreements
    • Administration of absenteeism
    • Check of the monthly time sheets
    • Continuous improvement of the administrative HR processes
    • Interface to the Data Protection Management Team regarding HR-GDPR topics
    • HR responsible person for company audits in terms of compensation and GDPR topics

Your experience so far:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a comparable position and in depth know how about remuneration systems
  • Completed payroll accountant course
  • Proven experience with different kind of SAP HCM and SAP SucessFactor moduls
  • Excellent know how of the Austrian labor – as well as social security law and basic know how of the Austrian tax-law is a plus
  • Sound user skills in MS-Office, especially Excel
  • Affinity for numbers, data and reports as well as critical thinking
  • Strong communication skills as well as high customer orientation and hands-on mentality, paired with discretion
  • Forward thinking with the creativity and maturity to effectively challenge the status quo of existing HR systems, processes and practices
  • Know how about Job Family frameworks, Gradings and salary ranges of advantage
  • Experience working in a medium-sized/large international company a plus
  • Basic experience with expat contracts beneficial
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written German and English
