Head of IT (f/m/x)

We currently looking for a Head of IT (f/m/x) for one of our international, innovative and steadily growing clients, a leading company in the software industry based in Vienna.

These exciting tasks are awaiting you:

• Technical and disciplinary management of a dedicated team of around 70 people with budget responsibility
• Responsibility for the strategic orientation of the IT area with further development of the department
• Implementing the agile work model and restructuring in a matrix organization
• Ensuring a homogenization of the system landscape with continuous further development
• Responsibility for the ongoing optimization of new technologies (digitization, automation, Cloud)
• Significant contribution to the future-focused orientation of the group

Your experience so far:

• Professional experience in the IT sector with management responsibility
• Working experience in the IT Infrastructure or IT Security
• Agile methodological skills experience
• Tech interested to stay up to date with new technologies
• Visionary personality with good communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills and solution orientation
• Sound knowledge of English, German is a plus
