These exciting tasks are waiting for you:

• Leading and managing the Cyber Defense Team
• Manage day to day activities to ensure effective operation of intrusion detection and incident response
• Tasks as part of a team to ensure that corporate data end technology are safeguarded from known threats
• Communicating with customer stake holders which include management, support teams, and system administrators
• Provide briefing to the business stakeholders regarding ongoing security incidents and threat levels
• Ensure all business and operation processes are executed with quality and ensure all SLAs are met
• Revising and developing processes to strengthen the current Cyber Defense team

Your experience so far:

• 3+ years of professional experience in managing Security Operation or Cyber Defense teams
• Strong knowledge of current and emerging technologies and tactics used within Cyber Defense and how they can be applied to improve detection of threats
• Solid understanding of the information security industry and the current threat landscape
• Thorough knowledge of SIEM technologies, like Splunk or Sentinel
• Able to tune correlation rules and outcomes via SIEM and SOAR platforms
• Familiarity of intrusion detection systems, web application firewalls and network security
• Experience of IT including multiple operating systems and infrastructure such Windows, Linux, and cloud environments
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead and communicate efficiently within a team environment
• Professional experience in the usage of agile frameworks like Kanban or Scrum
• Vendor independent security certifications (e.g. CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CEH, …) are an asset
