Customer Service Engineer (f/m/x)

Our client is an international company in communication and information solutions and is looking for a Customer Service Engineer (f/m/x) to support the existing team.


These exciting tasks are waiting for you:

  • Step-by-step expansion of your know-how by handling projects together with system engineers
  • Interface between system engineering during implementation and customer services in the maintenance circle
  • Responsibility for the technical implementation of service and corresponding quality assurance measures during the service period
  • Coordination and implementation of error analysis and correction
  • Planning, testing and implementation of software upgrades
  • Continuous improvement of products


That’s why we need you:

  • Technical education with IT focus (ideally information technology/network technology)
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in the IT environment as a System Engineer or Service Engineer
  • Very good IT Allrounder Know-How (ideally databases, Linux, networks, VoIP, distributed systems)
  • Analytical skills and high problem-solving competence
  • Very good knowledge of English, German is an advantage
