• Several years of experience in leading complex IT projects in a dynamic environment
• Several years of experience in managing IT implementation teams
• Several years of experience in developing/implementing insurance applications across different sectors
  • Life Insurance
  • Property Insurance
  • Accident Insurance
  • Car Insurance
  • Corporate Insurance
• SPOC for overarching topics related to tariff calculation programs
• Interface between business requirements and technical requirements
• Interface between frontend and backend applications and coordination within projects
• E2E coordination of IT implementations for tariff calculation programs

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in relevant fields
• Excellent communication skills in
  • English (at least C1 level)
  • German (C2 level)
• Experience with project management and team leadership
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and Scrum
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Strong intercultural competence and willingness to travel
