Senior Cloud Engineer (f/m/x)

A modern and future-oriented company in the field of digital entertainment is currently looking for an experienced Senior Cloud Engineer. The focus is on operating and further developing complex cloud infrastructures in AWS as well as close collaboration with DevOps and development teams. The position is based in Vienna or remotely within Austria.

Your responsibilities:

• Operation and support of the production environment in AWS
• Further development, automation, and maintenance of the cloud infrastructure using tools like Terraform and GitLab
• Close collaboration with software development teams to integrate new technologies
• Optimization and support of the CI/CD pipeline

Your profile:

• Several years of hands-on experience with AWS and Infrastructure as Code
• Solid knowledge of Linux and Kubernetes
• Good understanding of:
  • Networks and load balancing
  • DNS
  • Optional: Windows Server and domain administration
• Strong know-how in DevOps and GitOps methodologies
• Ideally, hands-on experience with:
  • GitLab and Terraform
  • HashiCorp Vault, Grafana, Prometheus, and Alertmanager
• Excellent English skills; German is a plus
