Project/Agile Delivery Manager (f/m/x)

Your Main Tasks:

  • Leadership and management of smaller to medium-sized projects and agile deliveries
  • Identification of stakeholders and clarification of roles and responsibilities
  • Support the Business/Product Owner in
    • Scope definition
    • Setting priorities and timelines
  • Management of key stakeholders, including senior management (B-1)
  • Ensure on-time, high-quality, and budget-compliant implementation of planned results
  • Creation and monitoring of project planning and control, with a special focus on managing the critical path
  • Management of project risks and issues as well as resource planning for work packages
  • Act as a Servant Leader and trusted advisor for managers and team members in relevant business and IT areas
  • Coordination of IT solution providers (internal and external) to achieve agreed results

 

Qualifications:

  • Solid project management skills with at least 3 years of experience
    • Leading projects from start to finish
    • Experience in agile initiatives
    • Ideally in the banking, IT, telecommunications, or insurance sector
  • University degree in
    • Economics
    • Computer Science
    • Or a related technical discipline
  • Project management certification
    • Scrum Master or Product Owner certificates are advantageous
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with a high customer focus
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, innovative environment
  • Ability to prioritize parallel tasks, respond to ad-hoc requests, and resolve conflicts without unnecessary escalation
  • Solution-oriented approach along with presentation and communication strength
  • Basic understanding of regulatory requirements in banking
  • Fluent English skills in spoken and written form
    • Knowledge of German or another Eastern European language is an advantage
