Your Main Tasks:

• Ensure changes are incorporated into the regular operations
• Document these adaptations in various documentation tools
• Perform root cause analysis with a wide range of monitoring and observability tools
• Incident management
• Work on the further development and optimization of operational and business processes

Qualifications:

• Experience with the operation of applications
• Familiarity with Cloud and/or On-prem infrastructure
• Experience in application performance monitoring (APM) is a benefit
• Good knowledge of Unix and Red Hat Enterprise Linux
• Ability to work in a team and excellent communication and presentation skills
• Know-how of scripting and programming languages, especially for web applications with
  • Java
  • JavaScript
  • HTML
• Excellent English and German skills both written and verbal
• Nice-to-have: Experience with Grafana or other Monitoring Tools
