Your Main Tasks:

• As an Inhouse Consultant, inspire our employees with the modern workplace in the M365 world
  • Work independently on projects for the transition to the cloud
• Identify requirements together with users
  • Conceptualize, configure, and implement SharePoint and M365 solutions
  • Collaborate with external partners
• Proactively manage collaboration with
  • internal departments
  • external service providers
• Independently create User Guidelines and Documentation
• Share knowledge with users
• Continuously monitor and evaluate new features, updates, and trends in SharePoint and M365
• Take on the role of Single Point of Contact and support for questions regarding SharePoint and M365

Your Qualifications:

• Completed diploma or master’s degree in the IT field
• Strong proficiency in common M365 applications
• Excellent German skills and writing proficiency
  • C1 level
• Average English skills for
  • Administration
  • Research
  • Further Education
  • B1 level
• Experience in the design, implementation, and configuration of
  • SharePoint / M365 solutions
• Experience in support and with ticketing tools
• Strong willingness to continuously develop and learn new things
• High level of initiative, independence, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Structured and self-organized working style with a passion for innovation and solution-oriented thinking
• Team player with strong service orientation and communication skills
• Hands-on mentality
