Your Tasks:

• Team Leadership and Organization:
  • Lead and develop two IT teams responsible for Endpoint Support and IT systems
  • Promote collaboration and development of team members through mentoring and coaching
  • Plan and prioritize tasks and manage internal and external partners
• Technical Responsibility:
  • Ensure smooth IT operations, including Endpoint Management (hardware, software, printers, Windows, Mac)
  • Manage the life cycle of IT equipment and licenses, and maintain the knowledge database
  • Support and enhance Windows-based IT infrastructure (clients, servers, Active Directory)
  • Support and expand storage, virtualization, and backup systems
  • Optimize and maintain tools like SCCM and PowerShell scripts
• Project Work:
  • Lead and participate in cross-departmental IT projects
  • Design and implement new IT solutions in close coordination with departments
• Support and Service:
  • Monitor and coordinate 1st and 2nd level support
  • Analyze and resolve IT disruptions and communicate with users

Your Qualifications:

• Completed training in the IT field or a comparable qualification
• Experience in IT infrastructure
  • Clients, servers, virtualization, storage
• Experience in support
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and ideally in handling Mac
• Practical experience with
  • Active Directory
  • SCCM
• Preferably PowerShell knowledge
• Very good German language skills (C2 level) and English language skills
  • At least B2 level
• Leadership experience or willingness to take on this role
• High level of initiative, responsibility, and a strong service orientation
• Communication and teamwork skills, combined with an analytical and structured mindset
