Our client is an international financial services provider, serving companies and private clients in a wide range of industries in many European countries. To support the existing team, our customer is currently looking for a DevOps Engineer – Data Nervous System (f/m/x).

• Transformation of our client’s ecosystem into a high performing one using event-based architecture
• Implementation of a hybrid model which connects both Cloud and On-Premises cluster for seamless data-exchange.

Your experience so far:

• Professional experience in developing and operating solutions on Cloud Native Platform
• Understanding and Hands-on Experiences on Concepts
  • Those skills are mandatory:
• DevOps Concepts | CI/CD | Virtualization/Containers | Network
  Security | Cloud Concepts | Kubernetes | Event Processing

• Those skills are appreciated:
• System Architecture | Monitoring/logging | Service Mesh | Function as a Service Concepts | Bitbucket – GitHub – GitLab | Distributed Architectures | System Thinking | Databases | Chaos Engineering (optional)
• Programming Language
  • Mandatory: Python, appreciated: Java
• Infrastructure / Platform OS Related
  • Mandatory: Linux | Terraform | bash | Ansible | AWS
  • Appreciated: OpenShift 4 | Kustomize – Helm
• Products – experience appreciated:
  • Elasticsearch
  • DataDog
  • ArgoCD
  • Tekton
  • Apache Pulsar
  • Trino (Presto SQL)
  • Apache Flink
• Agile mind-set and practical experience with Scrum/Kanban
• Very good command of English (mandatory), German is a plus
