Our client is an international financial services provider, serving companies and private clients in a wide range of industries in many European countries. In support of the existing team, our customer is currently looking for a passionate Delivery Manager (f/m/x).

What you can expect:

• Accountability:
  • Shape and implement an improved operating model for the Payment Acceptance business across our CEE markets covering all customer segments.
• Project Initiation:
  • Stakeholder alignment, finetuning of requirements, contribute to the set-up of a proper implementation structure and other topics related to project initiation.
• Final Picture Considerations:
  • Set-up an agile working environment aligned with business and IT, ensuring innovation and effective operation.
  • Work closely with the Product Owners and Solution Architect to define the Product Backlog, including definition of epics/user stories and preparation of an implementation road map.
  • Manage interdependencies and keep track of risks and impediments.
• Team Hand-over: Assure hand-over into the respective teams that will be defined in this project.

What you bring to the table:

• Experience:
  • Steering complex and multi-market change initiatives covering both technical and people aspects.
  • Work experience in Agile Methods.
  • Broad overview of Card/Payment Acceptance organization, best-practices, and industry standards.

Soft skills:

• Proactivity; Curiosity; Responsibility; Ideas & Confidence.
• Structured working approach and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in English to negotiate with different stakeholders.
• German is appreciated, but not mandatory.
