Your Main Tasks:

• Management of business ledgers and recording of all business transactions
  • including asset accounting
  • accounts receivable management
  • Control and recording of all incoming documents
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements – in accordance with UGB
• Integration of payroll data into the accounting system
• Ensuring correct posting and reconciliation
• Interface with social security agencies and tax offices
• Contribution to the continuous improvement of processes

Your Qualifications:

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, e.g. HAK, WIFI or similar
• Several years of professional experience in accounting (at least 3-5 years)
• In-depth knowledge in the areas of financial accounting, cost accounting, and tax law – UGB and IFRS
• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office
• Knowledge of Business Central is an advantage
• Analytical thinking skills and a meticulous work ethic
• Team player with strong communication skills
